Base Salary
$121k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex customer solutions using Box configurations, APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Advise customers on custom document vaults, large-scale content migrations, CRM integrations, and other technical challenges.
- Build and sustain customer and partner relationships while promoting adoption of Box products and the platform.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks.
- Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Present technical solutions to executives, business leaders, developers, and IT architects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and field teams to support go-to-market and bookings targets.
- Forecast capacity and deliver against revenue targets.
- Visit clients onsite when required, which may require a driver's license.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in cloud solution architecture and system design, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scalability, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and industry solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead customer conversations, answer in-depth implementation questions, and develop solution architectures and strategy.
- Preferred experience with enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.

- U.S. base salary range is $121,000–$151,000.
