Base Salary
$105k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept development, and the technical sales process.
- Contribute to multi-phase pre-sales, customer transition, onboarding, and post-sales initiatives.
- Execute strategic, on-site customer design sprints across the US and EMEA.
- Lead technical customer calls, including solution reviews, hybrid consultations, and scoping sessions.
- Resolve workflow consultation requests and provide best-practice guidance for design automation and workflow development.
- Support customer training, evaluation requests, and technical requests to improve adoption, satisfaction, retention, and business value.
Requirements
- Current or recent experience in aircraft conceptual or preliminary design or a closely related discipline such as aerostructures, propulsion integration, vehicle-level sizing and tradeoff studies, or MDO.
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline, plus 3+ years of industry experience; highly relevant doctoral degrees may substitute for the experience requirement.
- Ability to learn new technical software quickly; experience with nTop, parametric CAD, or computational design tools is valuable.
- Experience scripting in Python and Excel/VBA.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including large audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and responsibly on time-sensitive critical projects.
- Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites up to 50%.
- Preferred qualifications include nTop experience, project management experience, security clearance, FEA or CFD experience, parametric modeling and 3D CAD proficiency, aerospace conceptual design or MDO experience, SaaS/GTM exposure, and industry public-speaking experience.
