Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Java and AI-powered solutions, including creating and refining AI agents.
- Conduct systems analysis and programming for complex software applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related technology projects from conception through completion.
- Develop project plans, track progress, manage resources, and apply project management techniques to deliver work on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage changing requirements and deadlines, and operate with limited direct supervision.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions and assist with customer-facing systems.
- Help define operating standards and processes while ensuring required procedures are followed.
- Assess business risks and support compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Java, Python, AI tools, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements or expectations.
- Experience providing technical guidance, working independently, and supporting senior stakeholders is expected.
