Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users to understand needs and establish a shared product vision.
- Lead technical analysis and design activities for microservices-based architectures.
- Implement development tasks while following clean code principles.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and architecture.
- Define testing strategies and collaborate with QA and Product Owners on BDD specifications.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to end users.
- Act as the technical reference for the team and support junior developers.
- Facilitate weekly technical knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of craftsmanship and clean code practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience in Microsoft backend environments.
- Professional experience working in an Agile context.
- Strong technical capability across C#/.NET backend development, Azure, databases, testing, and related development tooling.
- Good communication skills, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.
- Interest in technical challenges and willingness to contribute to a collaborative consulting environment.
