Base Salary
$206k - $309k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction and influence across multiple Streaming Hub Applications and application infrastructure teams.
- Define and execute long-term technical strategy in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Lead architectural initiatives and establish standards for scalability, reliability, maintainability, API design, and engineering consistency.
- Drive software development and delivery modernization, including feature-controlled deployments, automated testing, observability, and operational readiness.
- Provide technical leadership for cloud and infrastructure strategy, including multi-cloud architecture, resiliency, disaster recovery, and infrastructure cost optimization.
- Lead technical investments and refactoring to reduce technical debt and operational complexity.
- Oversee design reviews, operational readiness reviews, release processes, and complex cross-team initiatives.
- Establish reusable patterns for AI agents and AI-enabled developer workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers and develop technical leaders across organizational boundaries.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to improve engineering velocity, quality, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, engineering leadership, and other stakeholders on planning, resource allocation, and delivery.
- Maintain documentation, exercise independent judgment, and work variable schedules including nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive software engineering experience with software engineering principles, technical leadership, architecture, scalability, security, and system integration.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing and cloud or infrastructure strategy.
- Experience leading initiatives across multiple engineering teams and mentoring senior engineers or technical staff.
- Applicants with coursework, relevant experience, or extensive related professional experience may also be considered.

- Base pay is listed within the New York range of $206,100.54-$309,150.81 annually, with additional bonus eligibility for most non-sales positions.
