Responsibilities
- Provide Microsoft 365 application development and consulting for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Develop Power Apps business applications, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint portals and SPFx web parts, Teams applications, tabs, bots, and integrations.
- Support digital transformation, citizen development, Center of Excellence establishment, training, workshops, and governance planning.
- Manage or support project quality, schedules, costs, project teams, requirements definition, basic design, and customer proposals.
- Work across upstream and downstream project phases and provide customer-focused technical recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in development or consulting projects using Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint or Teams, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Account, or Logic Apps.
- Business-level Japanese is required for non-native Japanese speakers, with JLPT N1 as a guideline.
- Experience creating documents with Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Project leadership or application architecture experience is preferred.
- DevOps development experience, Agile development experience, Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps development experience, and Viva Connections experience are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform application development, or development using C# or React, is welcomed.
