Responsibilities
- Develop and consult on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for customer productivity improvement.
- Build Power Apps business applications, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint portals and SPFx web parts, Teams custom applications, tabs, bots, and integrations.
- Support citizen-development programs through CoE establishment, training, workshops, and governance planning.
- Participate in digital transformation, business process improvement, requirements definition, basic design, implementation, and customer proposal activities.
- As a project manager, project leader, or candidate, manage project quality, schedules, costs, construction design, and project teams.
Requirements
- Experience in development or consulting projects using Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint or Teams, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Account, and Logic Apps.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency for non-native Japanese speakers, with JLPT N1 given as a guideline.
- Experience creating business documents with Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience includes project leadership, application architecture, DevOps-based development, agile development, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Viva Connections.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform application development, or development using C# or React, is sought.
- Strong interest in new technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, proposal-oriented communication, adaptability, and respectful collaboration are valued.
