Base Salary
$153k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software applications and services aligned with business and user needs.
- Lead end-to-end development of complex features, including design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, security, and operability through thoughtful design and observability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers and contribute to technical decisions, standards, and modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and supporting production applications or services.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex software solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team-level technical decisions and standards.
