Base Salary

$128k - $192k/yr

Responsibilities

Embed with biopharma and life sciences clients to identify unmet needs and translate business challenges into engineered solutions.
Build GenAI-powered applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and data integrations on compressed timelines.
Own delivery from initial discovery and whiteboarding through production-ready code, demonstrations, feedback, and product handoff.
Present solutions to non-technical stakeholders, incorporate client feedback, and iterate rapidly.
Move between client engagements and product sprints as priorities change.
Document patterns, share playbooks, create reusable components, and feed field learnings back into the product.

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-quality systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/React.js and fluency with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services.
Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI systems, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic architectures, or multimodal pipelines.
Experience operating in client-facing environments and presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to learn unfamiliar industries, technology stacks, and problem spaces quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Life Sciences or Biotech experience is strongly preferred.

Work in a collaborative cohort and in pods with a Solution Lead and domain subject-matter expert rather than alone on client engagements.
Receive dedicated FDE Lead support for team management, prioritization, and advocacy.
Receive intentional onboarding and contribute directly to product direction through field feedback.
Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
Salary range is $128,000–$192,000; base salary figures omitted from benefits per schema instructions.
