Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, and coordinate complex application programming activities.
- Design application technical infrastructure using databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
- Lead the design and development of cost-effective, innovative solutions.
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with the bank’s strategy and business goals.
- Lead complex projects involving backend systems, new technology, and application enhancements.
- Act as the mobile development team lead and run code-review sessions.
- Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers.
- Participate in a weekly L2 rotational support schedule.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Ability to perform detailed technical design, application development, impact analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Experience leading complex projects and determining technical methods and approaches.
- Ability to lead mobile development activities, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
