Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop software while working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Act as a key technical contributor in complex environments and lead software design and development activities.
- Understand internal and external client needs and provide proactive advice.
- Assess project issues, formulate innovative solutions, and help teams achieve technical and commercial goals.
- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and motivate team members.
- Potentially manage costs for a specific project or work area.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively in complex environments.
- Ability to assess issues, develop solutions, communicate difficult concepts, and support team success.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide technical advice.
