Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize NLP, Generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, and LLM applications using Python.
- Architect scalable AI solutions and integrations between AI backends and frontend components.
- Build responsive interfaces with React and JavaScript.
- Develop AI-driven security tools, intelligent automations, and cybersecurity applications.
- Apply vector databases, embedding strategies, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Design deployment pipelines to OpenShift, Azure, and AWS, including Docker containerization and GitHub Actions workflows.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions with SIEM systems and apply secure coding practices.
- Develop performant backend components and optimize applications for scalability, responsiveness, and security.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering and architectural best practices.
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with security architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Expert-level Python programming proficiency and experience writing production-grade, efficient, maintainable code.
- Deep experience designing and deploying NLP and Generative AI applications.
- Expertise with vector databases, LLMs, and RAG pipeline architectures.
- Advanced proficiency with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Strong React and JavaScript development skills and the ability to build or architect full-stack AI solutions.
- Experience with Git and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of OpenShift, Azure, AWS, and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Proficiency with MQSeries or Kafka and Redis.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and secure coding principles.
- Preferred qualifications include Docker and containerization experience, AWS or Azure certification, MLOps experience, NLP or machine learning research, and knowledge of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, collaboration, analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
