Responsibilities
- Own and manage the customer onboarding process, including understanding customer needs and ensuring accurate system integration.
- Improve onboarding processes by developing best practices and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure their timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients on configurations and customizations for their specific needs.
- Execute development tasks for new client onboarding using Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a strong focus on Python and Flask.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and familiarity with other database systems.
- Experience in frontend development using React.
- Strong knowledge of Git for version control.
- Familiarity with SQL for basic data queries and analysis.
- Ability to embrace rapid prototyping, take ownership of major initiatives, and work through customer feedback loops.
- Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, and continuous-learning skills.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is a nice-to-have qualification.
