Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and implement SAP Business AI and SAP Joule solutions.
- Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, intelligent agents, and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop prompt-engineering frameworks, orchestration workflows, and agent-based solutions.
- Integrate SAP AI services with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI use cases from MVP through production.
- Evaluate, validate, optimize, and tune AI models and application performance.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to validate solutions and outcomes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and production deployment activities.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and performance-management practices for AI applications.
- Develop reusable AI assets, accelerators, and delivery best practices.
- Provide post-deployment support, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Gen AI Hub, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP, and BTP AI Services.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration, prompt engineering, AI agent development, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of generative AI, intelligent automation, AI solution testing and validation, API integration, and workflow automation.
