Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance ITSM and ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and workflow configurations.
- Develop Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Build and maintain third-party integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot incidents and defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and enhancements.
- Support CMDB, service mapping, CI relationship management, ITIL, and CSDM alignment.
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patching, cloning, post-clone validation, release management, deployments, and change implementation.
- Support UAT planning and execution, defect management, production releases, and deployment readiness validation.
- Monitor platform health, performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets.
- Manage user access, security roles, platform governance, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow administration and development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Service Portal, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, service management lifecycles, CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, Discovery, asset management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, release management, platform support, UAT, defect management, and production releases.
- Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and SLA management.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Preferred certifications include CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
