Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, test, configure, and debug SAP BRIM Convergent Charging functionality for enhancements and new products.
- Configure complex charge plans and maintain existing charge plans, including rating and re-rating functionality.
- Analyze and support integrations between SOM, CI, and CM.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders, team leads, and solution architects to capture requirements and explain system functionality.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, and recommended process changes.
- Evaluate system architecture and recommend improvements that promote stability.
- Coordinate with business and technical partners to resolve software problems, customer complaints, and enhancement requests.
- Manage complex tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision and assist in training less experienced software development staff.
- Create technical documentation, establish quality and performance metrics, and evaluate and mitigate security risks across the development lifecycle.
- Manage work in an Agile environment using Rally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of SAP experience.
- At least two years of SAP BRIM Convergent Charging experience.
- Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Experience in fast-paced software development in an Agile environment.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-disciplined, commitment-oriented, and able to exercise independent judgment.
