Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features across frontend and backend components.
- Lead the design and implementation of features aligned with project and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve workflows and project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies using cloud-first development strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Apache Kafka is required.
- Proficiency with Apache Kafka is mandatory.
- Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience with agile software development and continuous integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
