Base Salary
$138k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run the software release process end to end, coordinating across engineering.
- Manage on-call rotations and other recurring assignments.
- Own account and access management across SaaS tools and internal systems.
- Maintain vendor and third-party relationships, including renewals.
- Triage incoming support tickets and act as a liaison between Support and Engineering.
- Take on onboarding and offboarding logistics as the role grows.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in software operations or a similar role.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to track tasks to completion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, Slack, and cloud IAM.
- Good judgment about when to act and when to escalate.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
