Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering practices and knowledge across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Work with minimal supervision across a range of tasks and problems.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Organize work and deliver assigned tasks over a medium-term horizon.
- Exercise original thought and judgment and potentially supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and produce accurate, reliable results.
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge across varied tasks and problems.
- Ability to make decisions based on situational understanding rather than rules alone.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to project performance.
