Base Salary
$139k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale software development efforts and serve as the development lead for medium and large projects.
- Provide architectural guidance, conduct design reviews for Agile and Plan of Record projects, and conduct code reviews for Next Gen Architecture projects.
- Develop, promote, and communicate design patterns, best practices, and long-term technology strategies.
- Mentor and coach SDEs and guide teams on efficient, scalable system delivery.
- Assess and communicate technical and business risks, manage dependencies and blockers, and drive trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
- Track metrics related to design reviews, code reviews, CI/CD, and design-pattern adoption.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and control requirements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in application development, including full-stack development, or senior-level enterprise architecture experience with subject-matter expertise in one or more areas.
- Bachelor’s/university degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, networking, and software architecture.
- Experience with Citi’s internal and external cloud platforms, including AWS, PCF, and Akamai.
- Knowledge of AWS PWS and Next Gen Architecture technology.
- Experience automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD.
- Strong ability to lead resources, influence teams, evaluate technical risks, and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
