Base Salary

$149k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement full-stack features across Threat Narrative and Email Details surfaces, customer portal components, internal analyst tools, and QBR-facing outputs.
  • Implement and evolve APIs and services that generate enriched narratives from attack data, enrichment signals, and GenAI/LLM agents.
  • Contribute to data models and explainability contracts that clarify complex threat decisions.
  • Write tested, maintainable, and performant Python/Django and React/TypeScript code.
  • Own and improve SLAs/SLOs, observability, dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and incident response for owned services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, GTM, Threat Intelligence, Detection, and Data Science partners.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and identify opportunities to simplify, reduce risk, and improve systems.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional, production-level software engineering experience shipping and operating full-stack web applications in cloud-native environments.
  • Proficiency with Python and Django or a similar backend framework, plus Postgres or a similar relational database.
  • Experience building modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript, including data-heavy or workflow-centric user interfaces.
  • Ability to design and work with well-structured APIs and data models for data-intensive applications.
  • Experience using metrics, logging, and tracing to debug production issues and understand user behavior.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product and partner engineering teams.
  • Experience with AI development tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: experience building or integrating LLM/GenAI-powered features in production or pre-production systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with cybersecurity data, threat intelligence, detection systems, and email or collaboration security.
  • Preferred: exposure to Spark, Databricks, Airflow, or Kafka for analytics, narratives, or offline enrichment.
  • Preferred: experience with multi-team initiatives, shared components, data contracts, or cross-surface user experience.
