Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and identify Salesforce-driven solutions.
- Design and oversee scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
- Own technical and solution architecture for implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Lead custom solution architecture using Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and external-system integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, audits, and application-testing collaboration to ensure quality and standards compliance.
- Align Salesforce strategy with enterprise IT strategy and maintain the organization’s Salesforce platform roadmap.
- Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and presentations for business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, design, implementation, and solution optimization.
- Experience serving as both a Salesforce Solution Architect and Technical Architect.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds, AppExchange, and enterprise IT architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with data modeling, integration design, data migration, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, role-based access control, data governance, and data management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
- Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira is preferred.
- Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX for continuous integration and delivery is preferred.
