Responsibilities
- Build features, prototypes, and demos using Codex, Claude Code, and modern AI coding agents.
- Improve prototypes to make them more reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
- Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output.
- Collaborate with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
- Explore AI development workflows and contribute to experimentation, speed, and product quality.
Requirements
- Regularly build with AI tools and provide examples of projects, repositories, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments.
- Demonstrate familiarity or enthusiasm for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
- Show strong technical curiosity, independent problem-solving ability, and a habit of learning by building and shipping.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with real responsibility.
- Formal credentials are not required; applicants may be fresh graduates, current students, or self-taught builders.
