Responsibilities
- Own technical solution design and architecture decisions for ambiguous client requirements.
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and handover of enterprise Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
- Implement agentic workflows involving tool use, orchestration, routing, memory, and multi-agent patterns.
- Develop evaluation frameworks covering quality, grounding, task success, safety, latency, and cost.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, observability, governance, and cost-optimization objectives.
- Lead implementation delivery against agreed architecture and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and guide engineering standards and best practices.
- Manage technical stakeholders and client conversations, translating business needs into AI solution designs.
- Support or lead pre-sales through solution shaping, technical estimations, demos, proposals, and client discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft certification such as Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate or Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect.
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral.
- Experience designing and building agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, routing, memory, tool use, and multi-agent patterns.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, structured outputs, and model reliability patterns.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to production with attention to scalability, security, observability, governance, and cost.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Proficiency in Python and production-quality software engineering practices.
- Experience developing APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of Docker, containerized deployments, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery patterns.
- Experience with multi-agent solutions, agent orchestration, RAG architectures, enterprise integrations, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of MCP, A2A, and other agent communication or interoperability protocols.
- Ability to balance innovation with delivery risk, cost, security, and production readiness.
- Confidence contributing to pre-sales while leading implementation delivery.
