Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping solutions, including integrations with other IT service management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex service mapping and discovery issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and make team-level decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate software development activities with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping and strong knowledge of IT operations management and service mapping concepts.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex service mapping and discovery issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its impact on IT operations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
