Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools and agents to enhance workflows.
- Integrate applied AI into Customer Operations processes.
- Develop and maintain a shared agent platform for team use.
- Create robust internal software and automations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elevate pilot projects.
- Teach non-technical team members to build their own agents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building, hosting, and maintaining applications.
- Deep experience with REST APIs for SaaS platform integration.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and safety.
- Ability to design reusable templates and deployment patterns.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with customer support tools like Freshdesk or similar.
