Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide implementation of product architectures.
  • Provide expertise on architecture-related issues and decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and design documentation.
  • Prototype and validate architectural solutions for feasibility, performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and pull request reviews while ensuring coding standards are followed.
  • Work with QA teams and participate in quality assurance efforts as needed.
  • Provide internal and external product support when needed.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes.
  • Mentor senior team members and engineers and lead large-scale technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced strategic and technical expertise with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical decision-making leadership, advanced coding skills, and deep system architecture knowledge.
  • Ability to innovate, lead large-scale projects, mentor senior engineers, and oversee architectural decisions.
  • Expertise in system performance, scalability, and robust software design principles.
  • Experience with OpenSearch, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, Node.js, Spring Boot, event-driven architecture, high-volume external data integrations, or cryptographic data is a strong plus.
