Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop sensor and compute systems for robotics.
- Architect and deploy Nuro sensors and autonomous software with high reliability.
- Deliver reliable software through metrics monitoring and automated testing.
- Debug complex systems and root-cause failure modes.
- Lead cross-functional projects on sensors and compute for autonomous vehicles.
- Mentor software engineers to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in robotics or autonomous driving systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++ with emphasis on concurrency.
- Expertise in system software development from device driver to application level.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
