Base Salary
$75k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale full-stack production systems for a complex B2B product.
- Own features from conception through launch while working with stakeholders to understand needs.
- Create shared abstractions and product experiences for complex workflows.
- Make technical decisions across the user interface, backend, and data layers, with attention to performance and maintainability.
- Contribute to code quality through implementation, reviews, and direct communication.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building end-to-end production systems for B2B products, ideally from scratch or in an early-stage environment.
- Full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL data modeling, particularly Postgres and MongoDB, plus data pipelines, ETL, or large-scale data systems.
- Experience using GCP for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and observability tools such as Datadog is valuable.
- A high-agency builder mindset demonstrated through startup building, founding, or engineering leadership, along with pragmatic technical judgment and clear communication.
- Experience in finance technology, FP&A, or data integrations is useful.
