Base Salary
$144k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve systems that power SeatGeek's technology ecosystem.
- Build and maintain tools for application observability.
- Engineer resilient networking infrastructure across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with departments on production systems and deployments.
- Support teams with deployment, configuration, and scalability expertise.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.
- Mentor and lead team members.
- Participate in an on-call schedule for customer support.
Requirements
- Passion for software craftsmanship and reliable infrastructure.
- Experience building business-critical software in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges in ticketing.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and serverless platforms.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, delivery, and testing.
- Experience using observability tools for performance improvements.
- Ability to improve system architecture and implement recommendations.
