Base Salary
$144k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to address performance and scalability needs.
- Contribute to system reliability, observability, security, and scalability.
- Participate in operating production systems and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate across teams to identify friction and improve software operations.
- Evolve internal platforms, APIs, and shared tooling for better reliability.
- Evaluate new technologies and balance short-term needs with long-term health.
- Use automation and emerging tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Share context and learnings through documentation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in designing, developing, or operating shared systems or platforms.
- Familiarity with production systems and an interest in reliability and security.
- A thoughtful approach to writing and maintaining clear and maintainable code.
- Interest in developer experience and platform usability.
- Comfort in collaborating across teams and communicating technical solutions.
- Commitment to learning and growth through knowledge sharing and feedback.
