Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engineer and scale next-generation infrastructure for a rapidly expanding user base.
- Architect high-throughput backend services and leverage machine learning models.
- Innovate tools for creators to build tailored social experiences.
- Devise solutions to optimize and scale communication systems.
- Introduce and improve processes for efficiency.
- Enforce high quality standards during feature development.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to push boundaries.
- Self-organize and take ownership of projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Help recruit and mentor future talent.
Requirements
- Fluent in backend software development.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar database technologies.
- 7+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed services.
- Experienced with low-level operating systems concepts.
- Well-versed in networking protocols like HTTP, UDP, GRPC, and WebSockets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
