Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive React applications and reusable component libraries with TypeScript.
- Own front-end solution components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Integrate front ends with APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization patterns.
- Implement automated unit, component, and end-to-end testing and support quality gates in delivery pipelines.
- Optimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and guide sustainable remediation.
- Collaborate with UX professionals, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to internal developers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience with substantial recent delivery experience in React and TypeScript.
- Proven ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture.
- Strong knowledge of component design, state management, API integration, and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tooling.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and delivery pipelines.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, performance, and secure web development.
- Professional English and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
- Preferred experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PCF controls, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, design systems, UI libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing.
