Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions for SAP HANA environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications using appropriate integration techniques and tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts applied in SAP environments.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
