Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define scalable solutions addressing performance, capabilities, and evolving business needs.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and manage or collaborate with teams to execute work.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges to maintain system reliability.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong expertise designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application within ServiceNow environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
