Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Vantage features and services across document processing pipelines, AI skill management, cloud infrastructure, and API layers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, ML engineers, and software engineers to implement well-architected solutions.
  • Improve existing services, tooling, delivery workflows, technical debt, and engineering velocity.
  • Monitor Vantage cloud-service health and performance and resolve production incidents.
  • Stay current with Document AI, cloud-native patterns, and GenAI integration approaches.

Requirements

  • Require 5–9 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C++.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple programming languages and willingness to work with both C# .NET and C++.
  • Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed-system design, and cloud-native patterns at enterprise scale.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, testable code.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills for investigating complex distributed-system issues.
  • Preferred experience includes Microsoft Azure, AKS, Storage, Key Vaults, Azure SQL or equivalent, workflow-driven systems, machine learning, neural networks, LLMs, OCR, NLP, and computer vision.
