Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, advanced search architectures, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
- Integrate commercial and foundational models through Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI and Model Garden environments.
- Implement responsible AI controls, content moderation, privacy safeguards, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring.
- Create rapid GenAI proofs of concept for internal leaders and external clients.
- Develop secure APIs, containerized applications, and LLMOps capabilities.
Requirements
- Require 4–7 years of software development experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Require deep Python proficiency and experience building secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Require hands-on experience with at least one major cloud AI ecosystem, including GCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS services.
- Require proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex or LangGraph, and vector databases or search engines.
- Require expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and advanced chunking strategies.
- Require Docker, basic Kubernetes, Git-based CI/CD, and familiarity with LLM monitoring tools.
- Prefer experience with PEFT or LoRA fine-tuning using Hugging Face, Neo4j and GraphRAG, Streamlit, Chainlit, Gradio, and cloud MLOps pipelines.
- Require a full-time BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, or MBA qualification; the posting specifically lists Bachelor of Technology as required.
