Responsibilities

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architectures and system designs.
Design, review, and document solution architectures, including diagrams, specifications, and technical requirements.
Support pre-sales and solutioning by mapping customer processes to the technology stack and recommending feasible, scalable architectures.
Evaluate architectural approaches and align proposed solutions with delivery and engineering teams.

Strong software engineering and solution architecture background with hands-on production experience designing and implementing SaaS and cloud-based systems.
Experience translating complex business requirements into clear technical architectures, specifications, and engineering requirements.
Customer-facing experience in solutions, pre-sales, or technical advisory work.
Understanding of modern cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise software architectures.
Ability to operate as an individual contributor with strong ownership and accountability.
Experience with data platforms or analytics-driven systems is preferred; familiarity with Palantir is beneficial but not required.

Full-time, in-office onsite position based in Santa Monica, California, or New York, New York.
Base pay is listed as USD 299,000–350,000, with an additional bonus and medical, financial, and other benefits.
