Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop automation solutions.
- Translate stakeholder processes, pain points, and business goals into technical designs and practical automation solutions.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain reliable operations.
- Build solutions with exception handling, resiliency, logging, security, and supportability.
- Follow Power Platform governance, security, compliance, naming, documentation, connector, and deployment standards.
- Create technical documentation, support guides, test plans, and release notes; perform unit testing and support integration testing and UAT.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, business stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to improve delivery and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in automation, workflow development, RPA, or low-code technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and experience supporting production automations.
- Knowledge of process improvement, workflow design, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support practices.
- Preferred experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Power BI, Microsoft 365 integrations, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, APIs, connectors, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred understanding of Power Platform governance, compliance, security, and AI-enabled workflow or generative AI solutions such as EMPOWER Assist.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and adaptability skills.
