Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Translate stakeholder needs and business processes into technical workflow designs and practical automation solutions.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, and maintain existing automations.
- Develop solutions with exception handling, resiliency, logging, secure data handling, and operational supportability.
- Follow Power Platform governance, security, compliance, documentation, naming, connector, deployment, and lifecycle standards.
- Create technical documentation, support guides, test plans, and release notes; perform unit testing and support integration testing and UAT.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, business stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors while contributing reusable components and enablement materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in automation, workflow development, RPA, or low-code technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting production automations.
- Knowledge of process improvement, workflow design, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
- Preferred experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Power BI, Microsoft 365 integrations, APIs, connectors, third-party integrations, governance, compliance, security, and generative AI tools.
