Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot applications in cloud-based environments.
- Manage Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments, including Azure resource operations and deployment support.
- Support Azure Kubernetes Service containerized deployments and troubleshoot pods and services.
- Administer Windows Server services, logs, certificates, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Manage IIS websites and application pools, SSL bindings, deployments, and rollbacks.
- Execute CD pipelines and collaborate on deployment artifacts and CI/CD activities through GitHub.
- Analyze application, IIS, AKS, and Azure logs to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to improve system efficiency and maintain compliance with security policies.
- Work designated project shifts and participate in rotational on-call and incident response.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure resource management, deployment support, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, containerized deployments, and pod or service troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows Server administration, services, logs, certificates, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Experience managing IIS websites and application pools, SSL bindings, deployments, and rollbacks.
- Ability to analyze application, IIS, AKS, and Azure logs.
- Experience with GitHub repository management, branch handling, deployment artifacts, and CI/CD collaboration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts and participate in rotational on-call incident response.
