Responsibilities

  • Build and administer the SharePoint environment, including site architecture, governance, permissions, and recipient registry management.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows triggered by file uploads and build Power BI dashboards for executive and project officer reporting.
  • Create an automated data ingestion pipeline that extracts and validates recipient data from Excel and PDF submissions before storage.
  • Integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder enhancements into automation and productivity workflows.
  • Implement data quality checks, review and clarification workflows, templated communications, and API integrations.
  • Ensure Microsoft 365 solutions comply with DLP policies, governance standards, security requirements, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Support maintenance, incident response, monthly system health reporting, technical documentation, operator manuals, user training, and formal handover.
  • Collaborate with program, engineering, and stakeholder teams to align technical solutions with program objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required.
  • Expertise developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, Data Loss Prevention, compliance, automated document intake, file organization, APIs, and advanced workflow automation.
  • Experience producing technical documentation, conducting user training, and developing reports or briefing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, self-direction, collaboration, analytical thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain Department of Commerce suitability.
  • Federal or government client experience and enterprise dashboard or analytics reporting experience are preferred.
