Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs powering Hadron’s tokenization platform.
- Develop asset issuance, lifecycle management, corporate action, token operation, and blockchain transaction workflows.
- Build integrations with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, smart contracts, custody providers, identity providers, and compliance services.
- Implement permissions, role-based controls, multi-signature approvals, auditability, observability, monitoring, and operational reliability.
- Support deployment automation, operational tooling, architecture evolution, technical planning, and documentation.
- Translate institutional client requirements into scalable platform capabilities while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Solutions teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js and experience designing scalable APIs and distributed backend systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, debugging, performance optimization, and complex problem solving.
- Experience building blockchain-based applications or infrastructure, with strong knowledge of Ethereum and EVM ecosystems.
- Experience interacting with smart contracts, blockchain transaction workflows, wallet architecture, signing flows, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Familiarity with token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400, transfer restrictions, permissions models, and whitelist frameworks.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with tokenization or issuance platforms, institutional digital assets, custody providers, regulated financial infrastructure, KYC/AML providers, compliance workflows, capital markets, securities, funds, stablecoins, or real-world asset tokenization is preferred.
- Experience working in remote-first engineering organizations is preferred.
