Responsibilities
- Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.
- Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change-management, requirements-management, CAD, and other ArsenalOS systems.
- Design scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
- Improve platform observability and reliability, including use of Datadog.
- Provide architectural guidance, define engineering standards, and contribute high-quality code.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
- Collaborate with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams.
- Move solutions from concept through prototype to production.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a software engineering role building products.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience, including ITK development in C/C++, BMIDE data modeling and customization, SOA services and handlers, Active Workspace customization and development, and Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
- Experience with large enterprise applications and high-availability requirements.
- Database experience with SQL, Oracle or SQL Server, data modeling, and query optimization.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
- Preferred qualifications include Teamcenter upgrades and migrations, cloud deployment architectures, CAD integrations, other PLM platforms, manufacturing or aerospace and defense experience, PLM-adjacent systems, cloud platforms, web technologies, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
