Base Salary
$112k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and support.
- Serve as a technical expert and collaborate with internal employees and vendor partners to plan, design, and deliver software solutions.
- Lead and participate in software design and architecture discussions, define technical requirements, and create technical specifications.
- Deliver end-to-end cloud-based solutions and support, maintain, and document existing application functionality.
- Analyze code to identify root causes of issues and implement application improvements.
- Partner with business users and technology teams to prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve system results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging large-scale distributed applications using Python, Java, or C++, with strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience implementing AWS technologies, including Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Route 53, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager.
- Full-stack development experience including UI development, APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with cloud automation and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Harness, and Artifactory Cloud.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and application development best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, data validation, and documentation skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience with modern AI tools such as Claude, Agentic AI, or Copilot in the software development lifecycle.
- Preferred hands-on experience in machine learning and AI design and development.
- Preferred experience with the Julia language.
- Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.
