Responsibilities
- Ensure the stable and efficient operation of Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and RM Suite solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and complex technical issues while delivering software changes.
- Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including impact analysis, coordination, implementation of fixes, and resolution.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and services to meet changing client and business requirements.
- Configure and deploy the RM Suite application in the Avaloq Container Platform (ACPR).
- Support onboarding of new banking services and solutions into service delivery and operational support.
- Support functional validation, defect fixing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Contribute to product enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role in banking or financial services.
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems, and CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Full professional fluency in written and verbal English.
- Application support, incident management, or service operations experience is a bonus.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, investment advisory, wealth management, relationship management, financial products, Avaloq modules, RM Suite, ACPR, OpenShift, Airlock IAM, Ergon Product Suite, WAF, Avaloq Core, AMI Web Service, or Avaloq Responsive Form is a bonus.
