Responsibilities
- Ensure the stable and efficient operation of CLM/CRM solutions and related third-party applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and complex technical issues.
- Deliver software changes and manage incidents and service requests through impact analysis, coordination, implementation, and resolution.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and services to meet client and business requirements.
- Support the onboarding of new banking services and solutions into service delivery and operational support.
- Support functional validation, defect fixing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role in banking or financial services.
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems, and CI/CD concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Full professional fluency in written and verbal English.
- Experience in application support, incident management, or service operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CLM, AML, KYC, onboarding, and related third-party solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Avaloq Core certification and experience with modern software engineering practices, automation, and monitoring tools are advantageous.
