Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from prototype to production scale.
- Embed with customer teams to understand workflows and build tailored full-stack solutions.
- Scope work and make trade-offs between speed and quality while writing production-grade code.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and create reusable patterns.
- Influence roadmap priorities based on real-world deployment learnings.
Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of engineering experience building full-stack products or complex integrations.
- Proficient in production-quality code in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrating Large Language Models.
- Thrive in ambiguous situations and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
