Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ship code execution for the assistant, generating dynamic outputs like charts and tables.
- Build the eval and observability layer to measure agent performance and improvements.
- Advance the generated UI to enhance user experience with LLM-driven presentations.
- Develop Custom Agents that respond to real-time CRM events.
- Integrate deterministic and non-deterministic systems for reliable sales processes.
- Manage edge cases to ensure agent reliability and trustworthiness.
- Select appropriate models for various tasks, optimizing for cost and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a backend engineer, preferably with Python.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in production settings.
- Ability to work with non-deterministic systems and find enjoyment in complexity.
- Experience in debugging and maintaining critical systems.
- Knowledge of AI research and its practical implications.
- Comfortable with a variety of programming languages and tools.
