Responsibilities
- Run focused technical engagements for assigned Terminal customers.
- Serve as a technical augment to TAMs and Account teams.
- Guide customers through reader provisioning and SDK integration.
- Diagnose and resolve in-person payment issues during pilots or rollouts.
- Produce concise, customer-facing artifacts tailored to engagement outcomes.
- Work with Support, Operations, and Product to surface recurring issues.
- Lead technical calls, demo sessions, and occasional on-site work.
- Hand off longer-term operational or product requests to the owning TAM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise client-facing technical experience.
- Experience with point-of-sale hardware and retail deployments.
- Comfortable operating in an advisory, hands-on capacity for integrations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with mobile or web SDKs for payments.
- Practical troubleshooting skills for networking and payment flows.
- Ability to work collaboratively with TAMs and Account teams.
