Responsibilities

  • Run focused technical engagements for assigned Terminal customers.
  • Serve as a technical augment to TAMs and Account teams.
  • Guide customers through reader provisioning and SDK integration.
  • Diagnose and resolve in-person payment issues during pilots or rollouts.
  • Produce concise, customer-facing artifacts tailored to engagement outcomes.
  • Work with Support, Operations, and Product to surface recurring issues.
  • Lead technical calls, demo sessions, and occasional on-site work.
  • Hand off longer-term operational or product requests to the owning TAM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise client-facing technical experience.
  • Experience with point-of-sale hardware and retail deployments.
  • Comfortable operating in an advisory, hands-on capacity for integrations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile or web SDKs for payments.
  • Practical troubleshooting skills for networking and payment flows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with TAMs and Account teams.
