Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot errors, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interface improvements, and hardware-software integration.
- Prepare code, documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, MIS, and quality reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop software, automate validation, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
- Ability to document and communicate technical solutions and project status.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
