Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding and unit testing practices.
- Advise on complex issues, influence stakeholders, and contribute to policy and governance objectives.
- Lead and coach team members where applicable, or guide collaborative assignments as an individual contributor.
- Analyze complex information, mitigate risk, and strengthen controls related to the work.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to lead or guide complex software engineering assignments.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
- Ability to perform complex analysis and solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to manage risk and support control and governance requirements.
